Shipping Policy
At HoloX, we want you to be absolutely mesmerized by your new 3D display. If things aren't quite right, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your package is delivered.
1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your HoloX experience, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
We take great pride in our quality control, but if your HoloX arrives damaged or with a technical defect (e.g., dead LEDs or motor issues), we will make it right immediately.

What to do: Email us at support@yourholoxsite.com with a short video or photo of the defect.

The Result: We will send you a brand-new replacement unit at zero cost to you, or issue a full refund.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support@yourholoxsite.com with your order number.

Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Shipping Costs

For Defective Items: HoloX covers all shipping costs for replacements or returns of defective products.

For Change of Mind: If you are returning the product simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
